Author of Avengers: The Kang Dynasty Jeff Loveness announced a number of MCU characters for the future team-up movie in the series, including none other than Florence Pugh’s Yelena Belova.
Potential allies for Kang the Conqueror in Avengers 5 already number in the countless thousands. As this movie is the Avengers’ first collaboration since Avengers: Endgame, fans are interested to learn which actors will make up Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.
The Marvels this year will reportedly have a huge impact on what happens in Avengers 5. This most likely indicates that Monica Rambeau and Kamala Khan will succeed Carol Danvers as team captain, with Carol Danvers taking the lead first.
Jonathan Majors, who plays Kang, has also made it known that he wants to compete against Chris Hemsworth’s Thor in the sequel, despite the fact that there is still much work to be done in assembling the rest of the group.

Florence Pugh’s Role in Avengers 5
In the Phase Zero podcast, Avengers: The Kang Dynasty writer Jeff Loveness talked about the characters he’s most looking forward to writing into the MCU follow-up.
Loveness listed Florence Pugh with actors like Jonathan Majors and Letitia Wright in “this really good crop of performers,” though he said he “can’t say clearly” for fear of getting into trouble:
“I’m afraid I can’t be more specific. I worry that I’ll have problems. I need to get better at using the Internet to communicate. Yet, I think that when it comes to the characters that we like, we are currently more enthused about the actors than the actual characters. For this reason, our current breed of performers is especially talented. We got Florence Pugh, Jonathan Majors, and Letitia Wright. We have such a large and excellent group of performers. Everybody will have the chance to succeed. I won’t say who. I don’t know when they’ll come into their own. Even so, I think we have a solid lineup, and it’s exciting to have everyone involved at last.
This is in addition to a December 2022 report that said characters including Captain America, Shang-Chi, and Black Panther, played by Sam Wilson and Shuri, would appear.
Namor the Sub-Mariner may have a role in the action, as Loveness recently said that he might be written into Avengers 5.
What part does Florence Pugh play in Avengers 5?
Yelena Belova has already played a few prominent roles in the Multiverse Saga, such as Black Widow and Hawkeye, in which she fought Clint Barton and Kate Bishop in a fierce battle.
A type of prequel to Black Widow is even being produced for 2024 in the form of Thunderbolts, which will star Yelena.
Given everything, it is not surprising to find that Florence Pugh is up for a role in Avengers 5, particularly given her connections to both the good and bad of the MCU as a whole.
It was rumored that Pugh would make another unannounced cameo in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in October 2022, possibly for Avengers 5. The real question is what she will do in collaboration with Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.
Although Kate Bishop doesn’t have the same connections to the team as Natasha Romanoff did, Clint Barton and Kate Bishop are quickly becoming friends because of their time spent working on Hawkeye. She’ll have experience fighting alongside tough characters like the Winter Soldier and the U.S. Agent after her stint in Thunderbolts, which might pave the way for her to join the MCU’s elite squad.
She is much more of a ground-level hero in a movie that will include Kang the Conqueror, the biggest threat in the Multiverse, but she should still have the potential for some dramatic story developments as she develops as a hero.
