What is not included in the Spider-Man collection on Disney+?
With The Amazing Spider-Man 2 set to make its debut on Disney+, there are a few movies missing on Disney+ featuring Marvel’s web-slinger.
Of these, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse is undoubtedly the most popular. The much-loved animated film considered one of the best comic book movies of all time, is getting a sequel on the big screen.
Disney would be wise to try to cut some kind of deal with Sony to bring Spider-Verse and its sequels to the stage. Sony Pictures will decide if this animated blockbuster ever makes it to Disney+, but Disney would do well to give it a try.
Two other Tom Holland Spider-Man movies, Far From Home and No Way Home, as well as Venom: Let There Be Carnage are the next Spider-Man movies likely to hit Disney+ after The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
These three Spider-Man or Spider-Man-related movies have yet to enter the US Disney+ collection. However, with Venom and Spider-Man: Homecoming already on the platform, it seems certain that all three will be added as well. soon to the Disney+ library.
Disney+ will begin streaming The Amazing Spider-Man 2 on Friday, August 11.
