Sony’s most recent entry into the Spider-Man canon will be Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, the sequel to the wildly successful Into the Spider-Verse from 2018. Jake Johnson’s Peter B. And it now seems that viewers will get an even more in-depth look into Peter B.’s private life with an exciting look at a new family member.

Peter Parker’s Daughter Revealed in New Trailer
Sony Pictures gave the first look at Peter Parker’s Daughter from Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse in a YouTube Premium exclusive preview.
Peter Parker’s Daughter is depicted with flaming red hair, just like her likely mother Mary-Jane, and is dressed in a red shirt and blue overalls with a Spider logo on the front. Mayday Parker, a nod to Peter’s Aunt May, was also revealed to be her name.
As an alternate future version of Peter Parker’s Daughter, Mayday Parker first appeared in comic books in the late 1990s. Peter Parker’s Daughter was a prominent character in a comic run that spanned more than 100 issues.
This new version marks a significant departure from that narrative, though there’s a chance that viewers will see her more comic-accurate perspective later in the film. Executive producer Chris Miller hinted that Mayday has “spider-blood” in her veins, which further supported the notion that she will be born with special abilities.
She has some spider-related characteristics because she has some spider blood in her.
In Spider-Verse, Peter Parker becomes a father.
When fans learn that Jake Johnson’s Peter B. Parker is the father of a young baby girl, this revelation is certain to cause him to experience emotion.
After a divorce, Peter attempted to rekindle their relationship at Mary-doorstep Jane’s at the end of Into the Spider-Verse, and it appears that it was successful in the interval between the films. The baby was also given the name Mayday in honor of his Aunt May, which is particularly intriguing given Peter. B’s middle name pays homage to his uncle Ben.
The extent of Peter B.’s involvement in Across the Spider-Verse is still unknown, but Miles and Gwen will undoubtedly benefit from his knowledge as they come across new hostile characters throughout the Multiverse. As things become even crazier across all of the universes, Parker becoming a father will also give him something even greater to fight for with a wife and a daughter to protect.
With so many other Variants already making an impact, the only remaining question is whether Mayday Parker will eventually develop into another strong Spider-Person in this universe.
