According to The Cosmic Circus, the reported Strange Academy Disney+ series will have strong ties to 2025’s Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.
According to the rumor, this show will be one of the most important tie-in stories leading up to Avengers 5, connecting to multiple areas of the MCU other than the supernatural.
Furthermore, according to this report, Strange Academy will have to debut on Disney+ before Avengers 5 in May 2025.
Strange Academy Will Set Up Avengers 5?
It is speculated that Benedict Wong’s Wong and Xochitl Gomez’s America Chavez would appear in the Strange Academy comic book plot, which introduces a school for young magic users. This school was initially set up in a fashion at the conclusion of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. While Wong continues his reign as Sorcerer Supreme at Kamar-Taj, America will be able to explore more of her Multiversal powers while learning the Mystic Arts.
With her powers tying back to the Multiverse, it’s already fairly clear that America will play a key role in both of the next two Avengers sequels, and Gomez herself is already hoping that she’ll make an appearance in those new films.
