A fresh rumor claims that Jonathan Majors’ Kang will have several Variants appear in Loki Season 2 of Tom Hiddleston’s Loki series on Disney+.
The Loki-centric MCU project premiered in 2021, introducing the ominous persona of He Who Remains, played by Majors. The doubtful character cautioned the God of Mischief about himself and the repercussions of the Multiverse being free in the first season’s finale.
The world is about to get its first sight of what he was talking about with Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. Kang the Conqueror, a “warrior version” of the He Who Remains, will face up against Paul Rudd’s Scott Lang.
Now, as Loki’s second season approaches, new rumors have revealed some interesting new details about what fans can expect from the appearance of the MCU’s major bad.

Loki Season 2 needs more Kang.
Daniel Richtman, an industry source, disclosed some new rumors about Jonathan Majors’ position in Loki’s second season.
Richtman stated on his Patreon that “there will be several Kang varieties in Loki Season Two.”
Furthermore, he revealed a week ago that “Jonathan Majors recently recorded more scenes” for the project:
Jonathan Majors just completed additional sequences as a Kang variation for Loki. There will be more time travel this season.
Richtman went on to provide another intriguing detail about the upcoming season, stating that the show will “feature a new concept called Time Loom:”
Loki Season 2 will feature a new concept known as Time Loom, which will be the source of TVA power. They take and consume the energy from the time stream.
It’s vital to remember that none of this information has been officially confirmed by Marvel Studios or Disney.
Will Loki be able to see the real Kang?
Following the conclusion of the first season, it seemed inevitable, much like Thanos himself, that Tom Hiddleston’s primary character would encounter more of He Who Remains’ Variants at some point.
The more pressing concern is when any form of Majors villain will appear during the season. Will it be throughout the season, or will it have to wait until the season finale?
Could the second season be linked to Ant-Man: Quantumania in any way?
Maybe Hiddleston will get to meet the Kang Variant who battled the Ant-Family. But if he does, things aren’t looking good for Scott Lang.
If the story of several Kings is accurate, this will be the first time fans see multiple versions of Majors’ nemesis in one project, rather than dispersed among multiple versions. It opens the door to a lot of amazing storyline potential—fingers crossed that Marvel Studios can make the most use of it.
