According to director James Gunn, MCU viewers now know how many post-credits sequences to expect at the end of Guardians Vol. 3.
Although post-credits scenes are a well-known mainstay of Marvel Studios, they are everything from the typical formula. The type of content of the final credit score varies from one project to another, as well as its quantity.
Sometimes they are used to advance the story or tease upcoming characters, such as the introduction of Captain Marvel in Avengers: Infinity War; Other times, they’re just for laughs, like the iconic Avengers shawarma series.
James Gunn has just told fans how many post-credits sequences to expect, without revealing what the final scenes of Guardians of the Galaxy will entail.

A confirmed post-credits scene number for Guardians Vol. 3
James Gunn said that there are two post-credits sequels in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 when I was asking about them on Instagram:
There’s no post-credits sequence, Gunn says. Two exists.
Unlike last November’s Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, which only had one movie, that’s the same amount as the MCU Phase 5 movie Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania, which also had two films.
It’s also important to remember that the first Guardians of the Galaxy movie had two post-credits sequels.
The Guardians of the Galaxy Christmas Special on Disney+ had one. At the same time, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 featured five massive post-credits sequences, one of which hinted at the birth of Adam Warlock in Vol. 3. As a result, the tradition does not continue.
Why are the post-credits scenes in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 different?
Post-credits information is a hot topic among fans of all Marvel movies, as it can provide more insight into the overall story of the MCU.
One of the more recent cases was Shang-Chi’s Ultimate Sign and the Legend of the Ten Rings, which linked Shang-Chi to Captain Marvel, Bruce Banner, and Wong, while also hinting at a larger conspiracy.
The problem with the folder. However, the end credits of 3 are distinctive. Aside from being the final installment in the James Gunn series, not all of the Guardians are expected to survive.
As a result, viewers shouldn’t expect any new videos to feature the next Guardians story. Also, the humorous post-credits sequence certainly wouldn’t fit the tone of the movie if the final scene was really exciting.
One of the many mysteries surrounding the third installment in the Guardians of the Galaxy series remains the two-credit ending sequence. However, every time this cherished franchise ends, viewers at least know how many sequels to put up with.
