Agents of SHIELD Disney made a mistake by canceling the spinoff show, the star reported.

One Agents of SHIELD actor commented on Disney’s choice to axe the spin-off show.

Adrianne Palicki made her television debut as Bobbi Morse, the fictional ex-wife of Hawkeye, in the second season of Marvel Television’s Agents of SHIELD in 2014. However, in the program, it was modified such that she was the ex-wife of another character, Lance Hunter, played by Nick Blood.

Of course, Laura Barton, played by Linda Cardellini, is Clint’s wife in the MCU, and for years, fans have pondered whether or not she is indeed Morse operating under a different guise. However, Hawkeye strongly implied that Laura was once Agent 19 of SHIELD, also known as Bobbie Morse.

Fans of Agents of SHIELD were somewhat perplexed by this information, although it doesn’t directly contradict Palicki’s role as Bobbi. Therefore, Morse could still be present in the MCU somewhere, but Palicki recalls a wasted opportunity to reprise the part of the character.

In an interview with Ten of Geek, Adrienne Palicki expressed her appreciation for working on Agents of SHIELD as Marvel’s Bobby Morse, saying that she “loved working on it.”

According to Palicki, her ex-husband Nick Blood, Ming-Na Wen (Agent Melinda May), and Henry Simmons (Agent Alfonso “Mac” Mackenzie), who appeared with her in the 2016 spin-off series Marvel’s Most Wanted, are still good friends.

SHIELD goes on to betray Morse and Hunter midway through season 3 of the show, putting both agents on the run. “One of the best moments of that show,” according to Palicki.

Because of the love that exists between those three characters and how much you feel their loss, “In the bar when we say goodbye to Mac, I think it is one of the best moments of the show.”

Unfortunately, even though a pilot was filmed, ABC decided not to pick up Marvel’s Most Wanted series.

Despite saying the spin-off pilot was “really good”, Palicki insisted that ABC was no longer interested in showing “any Marvel shows on that network” because Agent Carter and Agents of SHIELD were already airing there:

“I’m sure right now they don’t want to launch a Marvel series on that network. It’s unfortunate because I’m sure it would have been very successful.

Adrienne Palicki and Nick Blood will play Bobby Morse and Lance Hunter, respectively, in Marvel’s Most Wanted, while Delroy Lindo takes on different roles as Dominic Fortune. However, they would have been a far cry from Agents of SHIELD or the overall outcome of the MCU.

So it’s unlikely that Bobby Morse will make any more appearances in the MCU, and it’s also unlikely that Adrienne Palicki will play the former SHIELD agent again. But it’s not impossible; A lot of people said the same thing about Charlie Cox’s Daredevil.

However, that hasn’t stopped fans from trying to get Daisy Johnson, played by Chloe Bennet, to appear in Secret Invasion.
